Program Structure

The Instructor Training Program has three stages: 

1. Self-certification to become an applicant
2. Application to become a trainee
3. Training to become an instructor

This program document includes the worksheets and forms corresponding to the three stages: self-certification, trainee application, and training requirements.  The worksheets specify what must be accomplished for you to be successful at each stage.

The text of each section serves as a summary of the requirements of that section and provides basic procedural information.  The three summaries taken together offer an overview of the Instructor Training Program.
